Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Sunflower Energy website and the services provided by Sunflower Energy Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, a subsidiary of Raigam Solar (Pvt) Ltd, incorporated in Sri Lanka.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Sunflower Energy provides solar power system installation, air conditioning installation and servicing, battery storage solutions, and related consultancy. All services are subject to a separate Installation Agreement signed before work commences.
3. Quotations
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may vary based on site conditions, material costs, and regulatory requirements discovered during installation.
4. Payment
A deposit is required to confirm your installation date. The balance is due upon satisfactory completion of the installation. For financed agreements, payment terms are governed by the separate finance agreement.
5. Warranties
Product warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers. Sunflower Energy provides an 18-month free service warranty on all installations as described in the Warranty Claims section of this website. Installation workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunflower Energy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the contract value paid by the customer.
7. Net Metering
Sunflower Energy assists with CEB net metering applications but cannot guarantee approval. Grid connection timelines are subject to CEB processes beyond our control.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Sunflower Energy website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Sunflower Energy Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
