All Sunflower Energy products carry comprehensive warranties. Here is what is covered and how to make a claim.

Assessment
A technician will visit your property within 3 working days to diagnose the fault and confirm warranty eligibility.

Resolution
Eligible claims are resolved at no cost to you — parts and labour are covered for the full warranty period.
